Hotel Receptionist (Guest Service Agent) - Gladstone
We are seeking Guest Service Agent to join our team at Gladstone Central Plaza Hotel.
Experience in this position will be highly regarded.
Full training will be provided for those wishing to enter the industry providing the right attitude is demonstrated.

Attributes
A genuine friendly approach to others
Hotel Front office experience favourably considered
Demonstrable ability to assist in the reservation process from phone call to check-in and follow through to check-out
Knowledge of RMS, or similar system is a definite advantage but not essential
Good knowledge of hotels or the serviced apartment industry and procedures is desirable
Flexibility to work a varied roster including evenings and possibly weekends
Professional telephone manner and communication skills
Computer literacy in Word and Excel is preferred
Patience and proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
An eye for detail, professional personal presentation and good organisational skills
Previous Experience is a definite bonus
Possess an outgoing and friendly personality with a 'can do attitude'
