Join our passionate, family-centred team dedicated to helping children reach their fullest potential We're seeking a Paediatric Speech Therapist who is warm, motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.
About the Role:
You will work with children aged 0–16 to support skill development across speech, language, fluency, and literacy. This is a mobile role that will begin on a contract basis with permanent employment possibility. You will have the flexibility to tailor your caseload to your strengths and own timetable.
** Salary: $80-120/hour
What You'll Be Doing:
* Provide evidence based, fun, engaging, child-centred therapy sessions.
* Conduct assessments and develop collaborative therapy plans.
* Work closely with families, educators and support teams.
* Maintain clear, professional documentation.
* Contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary team environment.
About the Role
In this rewarding position, you will:
* Develop individualised therapy plans tailored to each child's needs
* Work collaboratively with families, educators, OT's and support staff
* Use play-based and functional approaches to build confidence and skills
* Complete assessments, reports and progress reviews with clarity and care
What We're Looking For
* Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
* SPA membership (or eligibility)
* Experience or strong interest in paediatrics
* Experience or strong interest in working with neurodiversity
* Excellent communication skills and teamwork skills
* A fun, creative, and compassionate approach to therapy
* Current Working With Children Check + driver's licence
* Right to work in Australia
