About The Role
Join the Paediatric team at Tamworth Hospital, a key regional service within Hunter New England Local Health District. Our Paediatric Ward provides high-quality, family-centred care to infants, children and young people across the region, supporting a diverse and rewarding clinical caseload. Under the direction of the Registered Nurses, you will be providing direct patient care, supporting the children and their families through acute and ongoing care needs. If you are a compassionate and patient-focused Enrolled Nurse (EN) who is eager to learn and develop within a supportive clinical environment, then look no further than Tamworth Paediatrics!
You won't be working alone. You will be supported by the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM), the Clinical Nurse Educators (CNE's), and experienced RN's. Ongoing education and development are not only supported, but truly championed by the management team. The team itself in Tamworth Paediatrics are a supportive and welcoming bunch who are keen to welcome you to the fold!

Tamworth Hospital is the principal referral hospital for the northern sector of Hunter New England Local Health District (HNELHD), servicing a population of over 180,000 people. As a major rural referral facility, Tamworth Hospital provides a wide range of specialist services, including emergency, medical, surgical, maternity, critical care, mental health, rehabilitation, and outpatient services.
