Due to our continued growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified surveyor to join our team.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for you to further your career and will ideally suit a mid-level survey technician with at least 2-5 years of cadastral surveying experience.
Responsibilities
Contour and detail/topographic surveying;
Cadastral surveying in a variety of greenfield, urban and rural areas;
Survey set outs for residential construction;
Establishing GPS networks;
Data reduction and drafting using Trimble Business Centre and AutoCAD;
Learning and utilizing new concepts for career development purposes;
Liaising with clients in respect of their needs by phone, email, or face to face;
Who are we looking for?
University degree or diploma qualification
Previous experience in re-establishment, set out and feature surveys
Intermediate to advanced knowledge in the use of Trimble GPS and Total Stations
Software skills including Trimble Business Centre and AutoCAD
An understanding of architectural drawings and the construction process
A strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A good level of self-organization skills
Current VIC driver\'s license
Valid white card
