Purpose
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will warmly welcome guests and guide them through culinary offerings, recommending standout dishes and beverages. Your dedication to precision, customer satisfaction, and collaborative spirit will contribute to making every event a success.
The Role
- Casual loading on all hourly rates with base rate of $25.85. Loadings: Monday - Friday $32.31ph, Saturday $38.78ph, Sunday $45.24ph and Public Holidays $64.63ph.
- Adult wages for all team members 16 years and above.
- Supportive and fun team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming atmosphere and turn moments into memories.
- Transform challenges into opportunities with a positive, solution‑oriented approach.
- Elevate dining experiences with personalised food and beverage suggestions within outlets and events.
- Upsell to enhance guest experience and value.
- Proactively source information to increase product knowledge.
- Communicate confidently with guests and colleagues for seamless teamwork.
- Set up and pack service areas meticulously.
Skills And Experience
- Proven track record in customer service within hospitality.
- Proficiency in food & beverage protocols, including table service, beverages, event service and coffee crafting (strongly valued).
- Adaptable across diverse settings and flexible across schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
- Valid RSA or equivalent qualification for the specific country/state/territory.
- Passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating within a diverse team.
