Viseera is a newly launched, AI-first product startup within the EFLR Group.
We build practical AI tools for education and business, not experiments, not hype, not slide decks. We've launched our initial product and are now in active iteration, scaling features, improving performance, and shipping continuously.

The Role
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you'll work across the full stack and collaborate closely with product and stakeholders.
You'll be responsible for:
* Building, shipping, and maintaining features across frontend, APIs, and data layers
* Translating product and business requirements into scalable technical solutions
* Implementing UI/UX designs with attention to performance, detail, and consistency
* Writing clean, testable, maintainable code
* Improving platform performance, reliability, and scalability as the product grows
* Participating in code reviews, technical discussions, and iterative delivery cycles
* Contributing to shared engineering patterns and standards
* Communicating progress clearly and working collaboratively in a small team
This is a builder role, not a maintenance or ticket-only role.
What We're Looking For
Essential experience:
* 3+ years' experience as a software developer (full-stack or similar)
* Strong JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals
* Proven experience with React and modern frontend practices (HTML5, CSS3)
* Experience building APIs with (GraphQL experience highly regarded)
* Strong quality mindset (testing, code reviews, maintainability)
* Confident Git workflows (branching, PRs, collaboration)
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
* Solid understanding of web security (authentication, encryption, XSS, CSRF)
* Experience working with ORMs, particularly Prisma
* Clear communication skills and a collaborative, pragmatic approach
You'll be working in an AI-first environment, so comfort using AI tools to accelerate development is important. Experience with tools like Lovable and Cursor is highly valued.
Nice to Have:
* Strong database knowledge, particularly PostgreSQL
* Experience with React Native and Expo
* Familiarity with AWS services (ECS, RDS, S3, CloudFront)
* Infrastructure-as-code experience
* Experience with Redis, queues, or background job processing
* Experience with Python
