This role plays a crucial part in the organisational success by driving initiatives that improve how we operate and deliver value to our community. The Strategic Projects Lead will lead cross-functional projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
The successful candidate will be responsible for translating high-level goals into practical plans, tracking progress, and keeping stakeholders informed through clear reporting. They will facilitate collaboration across teams, champion change initiatives, and maintain visibility of all strategic work.
Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and report on initiatives
This role requires a seasoned project leader or strategist with expertise in leading complex cross-functional initiatives. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is necessary along with relevant experience.
* Bachelor degree or higher in Business/Strategic Management;
cultural competence,strong stakeholder engagement skills,and an ability to navigate ambiguity effectively.
