About the Role
We’re searching for a proactive Care Manager who brings strong leadership and a passion for delivering exceptional care. You’ll lead the clinical and cultural direction of our team at Mount Eliza Botanica Care Community, driving high standards and meaningful outcomes for residents.

What You’ll Do
Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred clinical care
Lead, coach and empower RNs, ENs & PCAs
Maintain clinical governance and accreditation standards
Build trusted relationships with residents, families & clinicians
Partner with the GM to drive clinical and operational excellence
What You’ll Bring
Current AHPRA RN registration (3+ years)
Strong clinical leadership experience in aged care/healthcare
Knowledge of aged care standards, AN‑ACC & governance
Passion for mentoring and building strong teams
Confident communicator with resilience & a proactive mindset
Willing to complete: medical, police check & NDIS Screening
