About the role
We are seeking experienced and reliable Casual Cleaners to join our team at Clean and Cleaner in Blackwater & Bluff. As a Casual Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our client's facilities.
We have two roles available:
1. Casual Week on/Week off Cleaner: Operating on a week-on/week-off roster, working 6 days during the on week (3 on/1 off/3 on). Minimum 6 hours per day, maximum 12.
2. Casual/Relief Cleaner: Operating 3 days per week, working 4 hours per day and relief work when required.
What you'll be doing
* Thoroughly cleaning and sanitising assigned areas, including floors, surfaces, bathrooms, and communal spaces of public parks, amenities and depot offices.
* Replenishing consumable items such as soaps, paper towels, and cleaning supplies
* Reporting any maintenance issues or cleaning concerns to the supervisory team
* Adhering to all cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality standards
* Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and cleanliness
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a cleaning or similar service-oriented role
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
* Strong communication skills and a pleasant, customer-focused attitude
* Ability to follow instructions and comply with all safety and hygiene regulations
* Current Drivers licence and reliable vehicle (car allowance paid)
