As a key stakeholder, you will drive impact in our Broker & Partner Strategic Growth team.
We seek a skilled professional to join our Intermediated Insurance (IIA) division, supporting CGU. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the relationship, service, strategy, and distribution to your aligned National Broker Group(s).
You will play a significant part in leveraging and aligning relationships to create better synergies, access to decision makers, and greater consistency for all our Broker Partners. This will significantly impact the efficiency, growth, and profitability of our organization.
You will work in collaboration with peers in IIA, and across the Group to leverage capabilities, ensuring consistency and alignment, and help maintain and grow our broker NPS scores across the country.
This is a permanent role open to candidates based in Sydney. We offer hybrid working, combining office-based collaboration and home-based work focus and flexibility.
Some travel will be required to client sites on a weekly basis, as well as participation in team strategy and training sessions. A tool of trade is provided as part of the role.

* A minimum of 8 years' experience in General Insurance or similar client-facing roles.
* A strong track record of business development, relationship management, and driving growth.
* A good understanding of underwriting and insurance financials.
* Experience developing strategic engagement and service plans with brokers and policyholders.
* Demonstrated ability to define, plan, and shape strategies and initiatives into tactical plans for successful delivery.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
* Tertiary qualification(s) and ANZIIF preferred.
