A high school diploma or equivalent - Are at least 18 years old, and authorized to work in Australia without sponsorship - Able to work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required - Able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach, all with or without reasonable accommodation - 1+ year of experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Learning Trainer to join our Amazon Australia Learning Team based out of our Amazon Robotics Kemps Creek Fulfillment Centre.
Please note this role requires shift work so you must be flexible to work both weekends and nights.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Supports Amazon's goals in improving safety, productivity and the overall customer experience
Responsible for supporting change within the FC and for ensuring that all Associates have the appropriate skills and knowledge to carry out their role
Co-ordinating, managing and delivering Induction or cross training to new hires, Managers and others as required
Implementing L&D and change initiatives including new or revised processes, products and systems
Supporting Associates development during the learning curve period through observation and coaching or delivering other learning activities to improve performance
Adapting and devising L&D materials as required
Key job responsibilities

- Skilled in Excel algorithms, VBA, and SQL - 1+ year of leadership experience directly managing others - 1+ year working in a like environment (manufacturing/distribution/warehousing/large retail) - Experience with performance metrics and lean process improvement - Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to coach, train and assist team members - 2+ years of work experience or a completed Associate's Degree
