Key Responsibilities
Answer and respond professionally to high-volume inbound calls.
Create unique and tailored experiences for customers.
Process financial admin – review invoices.
Enter data into the system.
Collaborate with the team and perform ad-hoc office duties.
Requirements
Experience working in a call centre is desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication, resolution, and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and customer service / clerical experience.
Computer literacy and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
– $64,500 + super (full-time, permanent).
