Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Office Administrator will be responsible for delivering high‑quality administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the corporate office. This role contributes to maintaining organised, effective, and compliant office processes, supporting day‑to‑day functions such as document management, data entry, reception duties, and general administrative coordination.

Working as an integral part of the corporate team, the Office Administrator helps facilitate seamless office operations by assisting with scheduling, maintaining office supplies, coordinating incoming enquiries, and providing accurate and timely administrative support across various departments. The role is also responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly, and professionally presented office environment, ensuring communal spaces, meeting rooms, and shared facilities are kept organised and operating efficiently.

Additionally, the Office Administrator will provide support to the Human Resources team as required, including assisting with onboarding activities, preparing documentation, and maintaining personnel records.

The position will be located at our corporate office in South Perth, operating Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

Office Administration

* Manage office reception and switchboard services.
* Maintain communal spaces and stationery areas (supply and organisation).
* Administer contracts for office services including leases, cleaning contracts, office equipment leases and servicing, and telephone services.
* Purchase and control office requisites such as stationery, printing, and computer consumables.
* Coordinate corporate travel itineraries as required, including accommodation and transport bookings.
* Organise couriers and manage the collection, distribution, and security of incoming and outgoing mail.
* Maintain meeting rooms, ensuring they are tidy and clean.
* Process invoices for payment as required.
* Maintain parking allocations and the office access register.
* Plan and coordinate business appointments, meetings, and social functions, including venues, facilities, and catering.

Human Resources Administration

* Coordinate the administration of the Annual Performance Review (APR) process.
* Assist with HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions.
* Support the HR department in organising employee events and activities, including the monthly corporate meeting.
* Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
* Provide general HR administrative assistance as required.

About You

* Previous administrative or clerical experience gained through work experience, an internship, or an entry‑level role.
* Demonstrated experience delivering professional customer service, in person or over the phone.
* Exposure to basic office procedures such as filing, document handling, data entry, and using office equipment (printers, scanners, mail systems).
* Proven ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal form, complemented by strong organisational and time‑management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads efficiently.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or similar office productivity tools.
* Hold a WA Driver's Licence.
