About the Role
As an Electrical Technician, you will perform electrical fault finding, diagnose and resolve faults in Ship Management Systems, work within a highly skilled team, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and safety.
* Perform electrical fault finding (earthing issues, motors/engines, DC voltage systems, UPS, communication systems).
* Diagnose and resolve faults in Ship Management Systems (desirable but not essential).
* Work within a highly skilled team, ensuring project deadlines are met.
* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and safety.
* Stay updated with industry trends and continuously develop technical skills.
Requirements
* A positive personality that fits well within a dynamic team environment.
* Based in Darwin, Northern Territory.
* Current NT Unrestricted Electrical License.
* White Card (Construction Induction).
* Confined Space Entry Certification.
* Working at Heights Certification.
* Ability to complete a National Police Check.
* Pre-employment Drug & Alcohol Screening.
* A strong work history, demonstrating stability and reliability.
