Responsibilities include:
* Leading a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and guest satisfaction.
* Developing and implementing new menu ideas that showcase local produce.
* Managing kitchen operations to achieve optimal efficiency and productivity.
* Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to secure the freshest ingredients.
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
About You:
* Have full Australian Working rights (sponsorship not offered).
* Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate.
* Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in a similar team management role (hotel background preferred).
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
