Job Description
About the Role
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving high‐quality, person‐centred Community Living services.
* Provide strategic and operational leadership across Home and Living services (Supported Independent Living)
* Lead service design and continuous improvement aligned to best‐practice disability frameworks
* Ensure safe, compliant and high‐quality service delivery under the NDIS Quality Standards
* Lead, coach and develop managers to build strong, capable and confident teams
* Oversee financial performance, service utilisation and sustainable growth opportunities
Desired Skills and Experience
* Extensive senior leadership experience in disability or community services, ideally within NDIS and SIL environments
* Strong understanding of person‐centred practice, active support, capacity building and dignity of risk
* Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi‐site services and developing high‐performing leaders
* Sound working knowledge of NDIS funding, quality and safeguarding requirements and restrictive practice governance
* Proven financial and operational management capability, including budget and utilisation oversight
* Highly developed communication, stakeholder engagement and decision‐making skills
Education and Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in Disability, Allied Health, Social Services or a related discipline
* Significant senior leadership experience within disability services, ideally in a NDIS environment
* Strong understanding of person‐centred, therapy-informed and capacity‐building approaches
* Demonstrated experience managing complex service delivery (e.g., SIL, high intensity supports)
* Proven ability to lead large teams, drive performance and manage change
* Sound financial and operational management skills
* Current NDIS Worker Check and SA Working with Children Check
* Postgraduate qualification in leadership, management or health administration
* Experience working within interdisciplinary service models
