The Opportunity
The Installations Manager - New Build Channel will be responsible for scheduling all "Call Ups" and Installations from our Builder Channel every week. This role oversees the day-to-day coordination of a small installations support team, ensuring installers are effectively scheduled, workloads are balanced, and priorities are managed.
You will be accountable for organising daily installer activity and liaising closely with builders to ensure call-up dates are met and installations are completed accurately and on time. The role works collaboratively with the Technical, Logistics, and Sales teams to drive smooth end-to-end delivery and resolve issues proactively.
Please note: This role requires you to be on site Mon-Fri in our vibrant Byron Bay HQ located in the industrial estate - please only apply if you reside in the Northern Rivers.
What You'll Be Doing
Confirming future availability of install teams
Scheduling appointments for the week/day
Recruiting electricians nationally with a focus on VIC & NSW
Liaising via phone and email with installers, builder and site supervisors
Regular confirmations & rearrangement negotiations
Resolving issues as they arise before arriving onsite and onsite
Reaching resolutions by defusing and reassuring sometimes frustrated installers and supervisors
About You
Minimum 2+ years relevant experience in the construction industry (scheduling, project management, BDM)
Charm and persuasion - you will need to be able to get your way
The ability to multitask
Effective problem solving
Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise
Tech Savvy and commercially astute
Bonus Points
Experience dealing with contractors or trades (Highly regarded)
Experience negotiating trading terms or contracts
Salesforce experience
Experience using Google Sheets or Excel
