Your Role:
You will work alongside the Coordinator to
design, deliver and evaluate engaging programs
, support children's wellbeing, and help lead a passionate team.
In the Coordinator's absence, you will step up and take the reins — with full support and confidence from us.

We are looking for someone who can tick the boxes below – and bring heart to their work every day:

Qualifications & Leadership Experience
You hold relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Care / Education or similar industries.
2.
Industry Know-How
You have extensive experience in Early Childhood Care & Education Services and understand what quality care looks like in action.
3.
Strong Regulatory Knowledge
You are across the details – with a clear understanding of:
· The
Education and Care Services National Regulations
· The
National Quality Framework (NQF)
· The
My Time, Our Place Framework
· Industry standards, compliance, and best practices
4.
Legislative Awareness
You demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of:

Workplace Health & Safety
legislation and practices
· The
Children and Young Person's (Care and Protection) Act
5.
Tech-Savvy Mindset
You are confident using digital tools, online platforms, and Child Care Management Systems (e.g.
Hubworks
), helping your service run efficiently.
6.
Child Safety Focus
You have completed
Child Protection / Child Safe training
and have a strong understanding of safeguarding practices.
Specific Requirements
To be considered, you will need:

current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
· A
satisfactory Criminal Record Check
·
