Your Opportunity
As GSE & Facility Coordinator you will report to and work closely with the Facilities, Tooling & Equipment Supervisor ensuring both tooling and GSE are available, serviceable, controlled, and regularly maintained in order to support the facilities function.
Your Responsibilities
As GSE & Facilities Coordinator, your responsibilities witll include but not be limited to:
Carry out frequent audits of GSE. This requires a rotating physical stock take of all GSE in the facility. As GSE you will be familiar with and use CribMaster, IFS, GRN Manager and the Intranet for the QI and MRO/HR forms.Extract GSE Calibration / Inspection reports from CribMaster to review ‘Due Tasks’ for GSE requiring Test, Check & Calibration. Obtain quotes for the necessary maintenance activities Monitor and action as required, internal section monthly inspection schedules for internal business units and heavy maintenance checks.Entry of Calibration Certificate data promptly into the tooling management system and checklists completed in CribMaster. Correct accompanying task paperwork is to be generated for GSE being service either onsite or to external Service Providers.Entry of all new GSE details into the tooling management system with associated Maintenance Schedules.Perform all duties in accordance with the relevant regulatory authority’s rules, procedures and Company ManualsAs required assist in the timely review & validation of Supplier requests including quotation reviews & Invoice approvalsParticipate in Project Meetings and provide specific updates on areas of responsibility where requiredWork with Logistics Procurement & Stores team to ensure GSE periodic maintenance is carried out when required. Escalate where required any issues threatening timely completion of scheduled maintenance on Facility or GSE.Provide regular feedback to the Management Team & Maintenance Supervisors on Issues related to Tooling & Equipment and provide timelines for issue resolution.Support as required the periodic Fixed Asset Register assessment undertaken by the Finance Department. Carry out general repairs and maintenance of the facility – painting, plastering, welding, carpentry etc.Be able to coordinate the external contractors to carry our general repairs and maintenance of the facility where those repairs fall outside the capability of the JA facilities team.Raise the necessary requisitions for Equipment replacements or establishment increases.

Trade qualification or commensurate industry experience – welding, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, facility and grounds maintenanceAbility to work well as part of a team and be able to lead and mentor the other team members.Experience in the maintenance of Tooling & GSE. Effective communication including written and verbal skillsComputer Literate in Microsoft Outlook and ExcelHave experience with systems such as CribMaster, IFS, GRN Manager, Intranet for the QI, MRO/HR forms or similar.
