Administrative Support Professional Opportunity

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality administrative support and communicating with clients and auditors daily.


About the Role

* Managing emails, client enquiries, and phone calls
* Processing audit reports and maintaining database records
* Assisting with scheduling and workflow coordination
* Supporting both the Food and ISO Programs


Required Skills and Qualifications

* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills
* Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team
