* Drive sustainable growth by diligently managing AN-ACC funding, care planning, and community engagement
* Lead all clinical services in accordance with established processes and policies
* Deliver high-quality care services and maintain professional practice
* Oversee and promote continuous improvement activities across all aspects of clinical and lifestyle services
* Ensure accurate completion of clinical documentation on time
* Coordinate scheduled audits and clinical indicators as per the schedule
* Guarantee that resident health records and clinical documentation remain up-to-date and relevant
* Maintain adherence to best-practice medication management guidelines and regularly monitor their implementation

The ideal candidate will have:

* Relevant tertiary qualifications or Australian recognised equivalency
* Current registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse
* Previous senior clinical care experience in the health sector with aged care clinical expertise
* Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills
* Sound understanding of care assessment in the aged care sector and use of AN-ACC
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
* Proficiency in the use of a wide range of IT applications
