You will:
* Attend product training events and enhance your product knowledge
* Liase with workshop and sales to ensure customers bike delivered on time
* Ensure customer has all riding needs e.g. gloves for off road, wet weather gear
* Stock control/build displays
* Advise customers of latest promotions and specials
To be successful in this role you will need:
* Attention to detail
* Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
* The ability to generate sales of accessories and parts
* Have basic mechanical knowledge of motorcycles or the ability to achieve
* Most importantly, you will have a passion for everything two wheels!
