Job Description
We are seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of Therapeutic Youth Worker. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality therapeutic supports to children and young people in our care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A strong understanding of the issues affecting Aboriginal communities, societies, and cultures in NSW.
* The ability to advocate on behalf of Aboriginal young people and their families.
* An understanding of the Circle of Courage and Sanctuary model philosophy.
* The capacity to work with diverse stakeholders, including Aboriginal agencies and community groups.
