To be considered for this position you must have;
- Proven track record of new business development and account management within Victorian residential construction industry
- Strong Written and oral communication skills
- Solid computer skills
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and construction plans to ensure accurate plan take offs
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Professionalism and good time management skills
- Ability to communicate confidently with clients and sub-contractors
- Minimum 2 years sales experience
Key Functions
- Focus on account management and new business development (80/20 split)
- Service existing portfolio of customers
- Estimating and creating quotations for residential builders
- Interpreting technical drawings and energy reports
- Co-ordination of orders with contracting team
