About You
* Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Psychology (Masters Degree - completed 5th year)
* ASORC, AASW or AHPRA registration
* Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans

The Role
* Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Psychologists, Rehab Counsellors & Social Workers providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.
* Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
* Provide your expert guidance and support through structured quality assurance and strategic review.
* Balance clinical and commercial goals well – quality is always our focus, we just need to make sure we are doing the work & reporting to support our quality goal.
* Conduct assessments & adjustment to injury style counselling to individuals who are grappling with a sudden change in their circumstances to reach their new career goals.
* Collaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
* Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce.
