We are currently recruiting for Care Service Companions on a part time & casual basis.
Advantaged Care has 5 facilities that require Care Service Companions with varying shifts on offer.
**Georges Hall - near Bansktown
Prestons Lodge - near Liverpool
Edensor Gardens - near Fairfield
Barden Lodge - near Sutherland
Bondi Waters - near Bondi Beach

About The Role**
As a Care Services Companion you will provide quality care to our residents, promote their independence and focus on creating and welcoming, calm atmosphere. We have a range of shifts on offer including mornings, afternoons and night shifts.
What We Look For
* Full working rights - No student visas/ No Sponsorship
* Certificate 3 in Aged Care of equivalent.
* 6 months aged care experience is preferred but not essential.
* A good understanding of the 8 new quality standards in aged care.
* A strong passion for quality in aged care
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
* Hard Working, flexible with good availability to cover shifts.
* Strong values of Empathy, Honesty, Respect and Loyalty.
All applicants must be willing to provide a valid police check and undergo a pre-employment medical. The successful candidate will be required to have a flu vaccination and Covid-19 vaccination in line with government direction.
