Southern Adelaide Local Health Network – Flinders Medical Centre/Noarlunga GP Plus – Medicine, Cardiac & Critical Care Service. Salary $64,195 - $67,154 ASO2 (Pro Rata) | Part Time Position Available – Short Term Contract to 15 December 2026.
Job Summary
This role provides administrative support to the Respiratory and Sleep Services Department, Laboratories and Outpatient Services clinics.
Responsibilities
* Act as a point of reference to patients, relatives, hospital staff, General Practitioners, and members of the public to assist in the smooth running of various Outpatient Clinics and the Respiratory Department.
* Support other staff within the division by assisting with administrative duties.
* Perform accurate and timely billing of Sleep Laboratory and Clinic visits.
* Work cooperatively with other members of the team.
Qualifications
* Ability to work efficiently and effectively, prioritise work appropriately with limited supervision.
* Proven experience in the use of computer software packages including Microsoft Office Applications and EPAS.
* Experience with Health Track desirable but not mandatory.
* Implementation of new business systems and review processes.
* Preferably highly organised.
* Short Term Contract – Must have working knowledge of EMR.
* Days of service flexible, working across FMC (Bedford Park) and/or Noarlunga GP+. Days of service Mon, Tues, Wed and Thursday.
