About the role
We are looking for a generalist Senior Business Analyst to join our Information Brokerage team to design, procure and manage key ICT assets and services, delivering high-quality customer-focused software solutions to over 10,000 active clients.
Key responsibilities
As a Senior Business Analyst you will:
Analyse and define business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
Manage stakeholder relationships, facilitating communication and influencing decisions.
Negotiate and negotiate successfully to achieve optimal business outcomes.
Support agile, fast-paced delivery of digital services, ensuring customer experience is continuously improved.
Qualifications & skills
Proven experience in business analysis with a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.
Strong analytical and communication skills, able to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated organisational, interpersonal and professionalism aligned with Data and Digital Government values.
Experience in ICT asset and service delivery is desirable.
