The Role
The Sales Scheduling Manager plays a pivotal role in driving our sales success. In this fast-paced role, you’ll be the engine that keeps everything moving - ensuring sales appointments are scheduled smoothly, efficiently, and with a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
As the vital link between sales, operations, and customer service, you’ll make sure leads are quickly converted into appointments, setting our teams up for success.
Leading the scheduling function, you’ll manage daily calendars and workloads for our field sales Specialists, while introducing smart systems and processes that streamline appointment setting and supercharge operational efficiency.
Your day-to-day will include:
Coordinating sales appointments across regions, balancing team availability and customer needs
Working closely with sales teams to maximise conversion rates
Leading and supporting a scheduling team, with a focus on coaching and performance
Improving processes and systems to boost efficiency and reduce missed opportunities
Tracking KPIs and reporting on scheduling performance
Communicating with customers to confirm bookings and provide an excellent experience
About You
Experience in scheduling, sales coordination, or customer service
CRM know-how (Salesforce experience is a bonus!)
Solid organisational and time management skills
A confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
A natural leader who enjoys coaching and driving results
