About the Role
The role of the Creative Producer is to bring the Creative Manager and Founder's vision to life through a high standard of shoot production that is on-brand, on time and within budget. This role entails ownership of all photoshoot production, end-to-end. Whether it be a campaign, e-commerce, content shoot, partner-led shoot or social content, the Creative Producer will ensure brand alignment and a high standard of shoot delivery across the business, every time. A deep understanding of brand, social, and performance marketing asset output is critical and time management, organisational skills and accurate budget management is essential.
Pre‐production may include sourcing and securing locations, photographers, equipment, props, styling, models, hair and makeup, travel, catering and other miscellaneous needs to successfully deliver a shoot, along with briefing each team member and/or supplier on R&Rs. During shoots, this role is responsible for ensuring a seamless schedule is adhered to, allowing the Creative Manager to meet all expected outcomes. In post, the role is responsible for the management of retouching, final asset turnaround and distribution, and budget reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Creative Manager in bringing all shoot visions to life, through end-to-end production of e-commerce and campaign photoshoots.
* Ensure all production elements meet a high standard of visual communication and align with brand guidelines.
* Identify and proactively report on new on-brand trends and creative approaches and recommendations for shoots.
* Attend all photoshoots to ensure creative execution is aligned with the Creative Manager's vision and moodboard.
* Lead with on-brand casting (models, photographers, retouchers, H&MU and other related contractors) for all shoots and content.
* Lead with location scouting and prop sourcing for all shoots to ensure vision is executed.
* Assist with the styling and creation of shot lists for brand campaigns and e-commerce photoshoots.
* Make travel bookings and catering arrangements for shoots.
* Assist the Creative Manager with all post production asset management (e-commerce, social, paid, campaign).
* Lead on storyboarding e-commerce selects, post production and handle any editing necessary or third party communication/feedback.
* Organise and maintain creative assets, ensuring all files, images, and materials are stored and catalogued correctly.
* Ownership of the 'CSB Creative' Asana board. Ensuring all tasks carry detailed commentary and or links to dependent documents, due dates, supporting documentation.
* Liaise with photographers, videographers, modelling agencies, location scouts, hair and makeup artists and other shoot suppliers as needed.
* Own shoot booking process from end-to-end.
* Achieve on time delivery of creative assets for the wider marketing & e-commerce team.
* Manage and work within monthly marketing campaign budgets to ensure projects remain within budget and meet deadlines.
* Identify new cost savings initiatives through effective planning & consolidation of photoshoots.
* Support cross-departments functions (social, performance marketing) with all shoot production requirements and budget management.
* Maintain a positive and organised environment throughout all shoots to assist in creating a professional & engaging environment for all associated parties.
* Perform team retrospectives to develop a continuous understanding of how we can make improvements to the shoot process (pre, during, post).
About You
* Previous experience producing and supporting creative shoots across digital, campaign and e-commerce.
* Strong understanding of the fashion and fitness industries, including cultural and social trends.
* Highly organised and detail-oriented with strong project and time management skills.
* Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally (Brand, Marketing, E-comm, Creative).
* Strong visual eye with a clear understanding of brand aesthetics and visual storytelling.
* Comfortable taking ownership and working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
* Solution-focused mindset with the ability to adapt quickly on set and in production.
