Recruitment Business Partner Job Description

What You Will Be Doing:
* Partner with business leaders to enhance our recruitment process, ensuring we attract top talent aligned with our mission.
* Advise on recruitment activities, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and best practices.
* Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
* Manage pre-employment screenings, including Police Checks, Medicals, and VISA verifications, ensuring all new hires meet necessary criteria.
* Educate on best practices, focusing on aligning hires with our organisational values and customer-first principles.
* Lead the job advertising process across various sourcing channels, crafting compelling job postings to attract high-quality candidates.
* Support and participate in interviews, providing guidance and feedback to stakeholders and ensuring a fair and effective selection process.
What We Are Looking For:
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience in a similar recruitment role.
* Proven experience in supporting and guiding the end-to-end recruitment process.
* Knowledge of best practice recruitment and relevant legislation.
* Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels.
* Experience with online recruitment tools and various sourcing channels.
* Experience using LiveHire/Humanforce ATS highly regarded.
* Proactive and self-motivated approach, with effective time management and problem-solving skills.
* Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
