About the role
As aPaste Plant Operator, you'll be ensuring safe and efficient delivery of paste fill to specified locations.
Reporting to the Paste Supervisor, you'll install, maintain, and monitor paste fill reticulation and barricades, keeping operations smooth and safe.
- Operating the Paste Plant Citec System
- Conducting pre- and post-fill inspections
- Managing tailings stockpiles
- Troubleshooting and reporting equipment faults
- Keeping things clean, safe, and efficient underground
You'll also be a key player in maintaining environmental and OH&S; standards-because safety and sustainability are non-negotiable.
About you
You're hands-on, safety-focused, and ready to roll underground.
You've got the experience and attitude to thrive in a fast-paced mining environment.
- Current C Class Driver's Licence
- Working at Heights certification
- At least 12 months' experience in underground mining and general mine services
- Solid skills in operating heavy-duty equipment and light vehicles
- Mechanical aptitude and a knack for troubleshooting
- Strong communication, teamwork, and a proactive mindset
