You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:
- Well-developed leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate teams with a strong focus on delivering quality services, maintaining a customer driven culture and meeting outcomes
- Proven ability to provide expert advice on ERP solutions, solution strategy and solution design through working with a variety of stakeholders including senior executives, managers, business representatives, architects and functional experts to ensure design of solutions are robust, fit for purpose, minimises customisation and meets requirements.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and consultation skills with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with senior management and a diverse range of stakeholders, including vendors and suppliers.
- Demonstrated experience in driving a team in delivery of solution design and prototyping using project management methodologies and practices, including demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical problem solving.

- While not mandatory, professional and or tertiary level qualifications in areas such as information technology, business management or project management would be well regarded.
- Experience with SAP ECC6, Workbrain and SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
