The role
Be apart of the Human Resources Team with this exciting permanent full-time opportunity to develop coordinate and deliver work health and safety management. Reporting to the Principal Rehabilitation Advisor your role will be responsible for providing advice and timely assistance to stakeholders on wellbeing, rehabilitation and return to work activities and programs while interpreting legislation, standards, Codes and regulatory requirements and implementing changes
The successful person
**You will have demonstrated**:
- Technical knowledge and expertise in the area of workers' compensation standards and relevant employment legislation with experience in coordinating and delivering wellbeing, health and rehabilitation outcomes to a geographically dispersed organisation.
- Proven ability to coordinate and implement best practice health and wellbeing systems, programs and practices through researching, analysing and making recommendations for improvements.
- Capacity to manage competing priorities, achieve and contribute positively to team goals in a multi-disciplinary work environment.
