Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability) and relevant experience working with people with disabilities.
In this role, you will provide personal care and assist with daily living activities for clients. You will also support overnight needs during passive sleepover shifts when required and encourage participation in social, recreational, and community activities.
The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively with clients, their families, and our care team to ensure safe and high-quality support. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and following individual service plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability)
* Current First Aid & CPR certificates
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Orientation Module
* Police Clearance
* Reliable, insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance required)
