We are seeking a talented individual to join our Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team as a Salesforce Consultant.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Salesforce professional to work with our clients in delivering thought-leading transformational solutions.
As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for:
* Leveraging your core consulting and Salesforce technical skills to offer technical knowledge and implementation experience with all core Salesforce tools, offerings, and products.
* Leading the design, build, test, and deployment of complex Salesforce solutions, working within architectural guidelines.
* Scoping and designing features and enhancements to the platforms to meet a wide range of business requirements for customer experience.
* Advising on best practices of the platform and leading solution and technical design of the platform and its integrations.
* Working closely with developers and functional consultants to build and develop features aligned to design and architectural standards.
* Mentoring and guiding junior developers and testers.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Core Salesforce Certification (including Admin, Sales, Service, PD1)
* 5+ years implementing Salesforce Solutions Preferred.
* Industry Cloud Certification - Salesforce Architectural Certifications - Experience, Loyalty, Data Cloud accreditation highly regarded.
