Are you passionate about delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for guests? We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable team members to join us at Drayton Manor Resort. In this role, you'll ensure our high standards are met across all areas of service, from restaurant set‐up to food and beverage delivery.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Meet and greet guests on arrival and provide exceptional service
* Ensure all tables are clean, set up with table talkers, wine lists, condiments, cutlery, and napkins
* Prepare and serve all beverages, including coffee, soft drinks, and alcohol
* Provide full table service following the company "Service with Passion" standard
* Restock waiter stations, equipment, machinery, and products as required
* Carry out till operations accurately
* Support sales targets by following the sales plan set by management
* Wash and put away cups, cutlery, glasses, and plates during and after your shift
* Adhere to cleaning checklists and maintain general cleanliness of restaurant areas
* Clean equipment and coffee machines during and at the end of service
* Complete all paperwork accurately and legibly
* Attend meetings and training sessions as required
* Comply with all legal obligations, company policies, and procedures, including health, safety, fire, and food hygiene
* Be knowledgeable of all menu items, including garnishes, contents, and preparation methods, and answer guest questions clearly
* Stay aware of food and beverage specials
* Assist in other areas of the business if needed, including hotel and hospitality
* Carry out any other reasonable duties as directed by management
