Your passion for customer service and dedication to top-notch client satisfaction will set you apart, with ample chances to delve into credit and analytical aspects through our collaborative team approach.This team is a fun and high-performing, with a great culture and additional development opportunities available.More specifically, you will:Provide exceptional customer service, reflected in positive survey results, while fostering relationships with support teams including Risk Management, and others for superior client support.Identify and liaise with relevant product specialists on idea and solution development.Assist in completing annual reviews and changes for existing clients, including managing and documenting applications within agreed arrangements.Support Relationship Executive and Analyst in credit submissions for timely decisions and efficient deal execution, documentation, and funding to meet client needs.Play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of information on source systems.Actively engage in the Service and Sales framework, including meetings, debriefs, and related activities.We want to hear from you if you have:Preferably, corporate, commercial, or business banking customer service experienceCredit risk analysis experience or eagerness to learn.Strong communication skills, for stakeholder managementComposure and drive, in fast-paced environments.Initiative, adaptability, and skill development driveRelevant degree and industry experience preferred.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is customer-centric and shares a passion for innovation.
