Customer Liaison Officer Job Description
This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Customer Liaison Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for customers and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar role and will possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities.
* Job Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
* Assist customers with queries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
* Coordinate daily operations of the sports centre, including scheduling and event management.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, staff, and suppliers.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.
Requirements:
* Current Food Safety Supervisor certification.
* Demonstrated experience working in a similar customer service role, including coordinating and being part of a point-of-sale team.
* Class C Driver's Licence.
* Proof of Australian residency or citizenship, or authority to work in Australia (visa).
