NSW | Head Office Based with Site Attendance
ABI Civil Contracting (referred to as ABI Civil) is a growing mid-sized civil engineering contractor delivering infrastructure projects across NSW for Tier 1 contractors and Government agencies.
We hold accreditation with Transport for NSW (R1 & B1) under the National Prequalification System for Civil (Road and Bridge) Construction Contracts and are a Listed Contractor with Health Infrastructure for projects up to $20m.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Integrated Management System (IMS) / Compliance Representative to lead and strengthen our third-party accredited Quality, Safety and Environmental systems.
The Role
* Manage and improve our accredited Integrated Management System.
* Lead internal and external audits.
* Maintain compliance with TfNSW and Government requirements.
* Mentor Project Managers and Engineers across active civil projects.
* Drive continuous improvement across quality, safety and environmental performance.
About You
* 5+ years' experience in civil construction QSE/IMS roles.
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 45001 & 14001 frameworks.
* Experience working with government or Tier 1 contractor systems.
* Confident dealing with auditors and senior stakeholders.
* Practical, site-oriented and solutions focused.
