Salary: $93,490 – $125,000 + Superannuation

ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital საკუთარ workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.
The Role
* Take Vikings runchar to kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and service.
* Guide your team, develop menus, and create inclusive dining environments that support people working in remote areas.
* Maximise stock utilisation and maintain cost‐effective سڀ operations
The Person
* Have full working rights in Australia
* Must hold a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial kitchen
* Proficient computer skills for planning and reporting
* Able to pass pre‐employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, and national police clearance
