Job Title: Maintenance Excellence Leader
Position Overview:
The Process Plant Maintenance team is currently seeking a Maintenance Excellence Leader to join them on a rotational roster based at the mine site.
This role reports to the Superintendent Fixed Plant Maintenance and is responsible for optimising equipment availability and reliability through the safe and effective execution of condition monitoring and lubrication plans and analysis of critical data.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage Condition Monitoring Programs to ensure equipment reliability
* Supervise Lubrication tasks ensuring all tasks are performed accurately and on schedule
* Conduct inspections, analyse data and ensure compliance to identify equipment failures and routinely audit for quality
* Provide visual leadership to the workforce within the maintenance team, reinforcing the risk-based safety systems
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Extensive demonstrated experience in a leadership role in a fixed plant maintenance environment
* Tertiary qualification in an engineering or similar technical field or trade equivalent
* Vibration analysis VCAT-I, VCAT-II
* Machinery Lubrication Technician (MLT I)
