Responsibilities
* Oversee kitchen staff and assign duties to ensure smooth operation across shifts
* Manage food preparation and cooking operations for luxury cruise service
* Maintain high standards of dining quality and guest service
* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
* Collaborate with crew to meet voyage-specific service requirements
Qualifications
* At least 3 years of relevant culinary experience
* Essential qualifications in cookery
* Food safety certification or demonstrated adherence to food safety standards
* Strong leadership and team management abilities
* Experience in luxury or cruise ship settings is advantageous
Compensation & Location
Location: Sydney, Australia
Salary: 77,000 – 80,000 AUD plus superannuation. Generous employee benefits.
