Make a Difference Every Day…
As a valued leader in our Finance team, you will:
* Supervise and lead a small team (3 staff) to ensure timely, accurate billing and collections
* Monitor accounts receivable and implement strategies to reduce outstanding balances
* Liaise with health funds, patients, and clinical teams to ensure documentation and coding are correct
* Resolve complex billing issues and patient enquiries with empathy and professionalism
* Oversee processing of write-offs, refunds, and prepare internal reports
* Identify and implement process improvements that enhance financial performance
* Contribute to a culture of integrity, collaboration, and service excellence
What makes a difference for us?
We're seeking an individual who brings:
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in healthcare billing or patient accounts (preferred)
* Candidates with experience in other accounts receivable areas will be considered alongside those with healthcare billing backgrounds
* At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* A proactive and collaborative approach to cross-departmental teamwork
* A commitment to values-based leadership in a not-for-profit setting
