We are seeking a caring and committed Support Worker to join our team.
About the Role:
This role involves providing personal care and assisting with daily living activities for a female client.
* Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Daily Living Activities: Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and domestic tasks.
* Overnight Needs: Provide overnight support during passive sleepover shifts when required.
* Mobility and Manual Handling: Assist with mobility, manual handling, and exercise programs.
* Social and Community Participation: Encourage participation in social, recreational, and community activities.
We provide in-home and community support that empowers people with disability to live independently and enjoy a meaningful life.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability)
* Current First Aid & CPR certificates
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Orientation Module
* Police Clearance
* Reliable, insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance required)
* Valid working rights in Australia
* Smartphone with internet access
