ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Junior Contracts Administrator, you will work directly with an experienced Project Manager with a clear pathway to grow your skills on large-scale commercial projects in Canberra. You'll collaborate with both site and project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes across various sectors, from early design through to project completion. This role involves regular communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
DUTIES.
* Progress claims, variations, RFI's
* Review and negotiate subcontract terms
* Establish valuable relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Prepare accurate and transparent reports
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
* Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline is preferable
* Previous experience as a CA preferable
* Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
