Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of young learners
* Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes for children
* Communicate effectively with parents and carers to share progress and address any concerns
Requirements:
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field
* At least 2 years of experience working with young children (0-5 years)
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Current First Aid certification and Working with Children Check
