What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading projects from start to finish including proposals, scope, scheduling, budgeting, construction management, and final delivery.
* Building and maintaining great relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and stakeholders.
* Representing the company at industry events and helping to grow its brand through new client connections.
What You’ll Need:
* 5+ years of commercial construction experience, open to experience from the APM or PM side.
* Expertise in ground-up construction and renovations commercial construction projects.
* No degree required.
* Strong communication and relationship skills to navigate the fast-paced construction industry.
* A passion for growing with a high-energy, entrepreneurial team.
* Local presence to the Northern Virginia / DC area.
