This role focuses on developing and implementing asset management strategies to drive efficiency, productivity, and compliance across site operations. Key responsibilities include coordinating and monitoring asset management programs, ensuring adherence to established systems and standards, and contributing to the resolution of short- and long-term priorities in support of production goals.

* Drive continuous improvement, QA/QC, and optimisation across maintenance practices.
* Ensure team compliance with systems, standards, and governance processes.
* Proactively assess risk, implement mitigation plans, and oversee ongoing risk monitoring.
Requirements
Successful candidates will possess a high level of technical competency, leadership, and strategic insight, with the ability to influence performance outcomes through data, systems, and people. A formal tertiary qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related) is also essential.

* Proficient in QA/QC processes and delivering continuous improvement.
* Skilled in contractor and vendor management.
