Job Title

Performing Arts Centre Manager


Overview

The Goulburn Performing Arts Centre is a state-of-the-art theatre that hosts a variety of performances and events. As the Performing Arts Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategic and effective management of the centre.


Responsibilities

1. Lead the development and implementation of a high-quality cultural performing arts program of performances and activities to the community.
2. SOURCE, DEVELOP, PROMOTE, AND DELIVER A HIGH QUALITY CULTURAL PERFORMING ARTS PROGRAM OF PERFORMANCES AND ACTIVITIES TO THE COMMUNITY THAT IS AN INNOVATIVE, DYNAMIC, AND DIVERSE PROGRAM OF THEATRE, DRAMA, MUSIC AND OTHER PERFORMANCES AND ACTIVITIES.
3. Ensure productive, collaborative business partnerships and provide inspirational leadership and direction to a highly motivated team.


Working Environment

* Work a 9-day fortnight, based on a 35-hour working week.
